NKinUSA testified at UN and US Government organizations

NKinUSA testified at UN and US Government organizations

NKinUSA is doing its best to let the world know more about the human rights of people in North Korea.
NKinUSA testies that many North Korean refugees are suffering from mental and physical pains while they successfully escape

The following is the announcment that President Jinhye Jo  made at the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, Global Human Rights, and International Organizations.

Today I stand here to speak of North Korea and China—two countries that have not changed their ways.

I can state without hesitation that the situation facing North Korean refugees in China is more dangerous today than ever before. It is the Chinese government’s failure to abide by international law that directly leads to the trafficking of North Korean refugees, especially women.

As is well known to the international community, three million North Koreans have starved to death, powerless in the face of a brutal dictatorship.

Furthermore, those who were caught trying to escape the country were deprived of their rights.
Suffocating under the yoke of oppression, they died unjust deaths in mobile labor brigades and political prison camps.

Kim Jong-il, a dictator who atrociously murdered his own people, died before he could be brought to justice. Kim Jong-un, the third leader of this dynastic regime, continues to murder countless ordinary North Koreans through terror and starvation.

During Kim Jong-il’s rule, the North Korean regime was brought to shame before the international community as videos of North Korean children dying on the streets spread on the Internet. In response, the regime mobilized groups of discharged soldiers into arresting kotchebi, or orphaned street children, who were then imprisoned in cold, dark detention centers and put into forced labor.
Many children died slow, painful deaths from malnutrition, barely surviving on lumps of corn and potato.

The children whose parents went to search for food and did not return, the countless souls of those who perished behind bars—they all cry out in pain to this day, asking to be granted the freedom of peace, free from the pain of hunger.

We did our best to raise the funds necessary to rescue these women, but we were unable to help everyone who reached out to us, desperate for freedom. One of them was Ms. Kim, who suffered frostbite on her feet after the Chinese government forcibly repatriated her. When it was discovered that she had attempted to escape to South Korea, she was beaten so severely by agents of the State Security Department that she fainted. We were told that she was then “taken somewhere else.” This can only mean that she is dead.

The Chinese government is fully aware of this reality.

It is clear that those who have escaped North Korea must be recognized as refugees under the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees. Regardless, the People’s Republic of China continues to violate the Refugee Convention, assisting Kim Jong-un by forcibly repatriating North Korean refugees.

Moreover, the Chinese border security unit in Tumen County, Yanji, Liaoning Province treats North Korean refugees in the same way that the North Korean regime does. The guards torture and abuse the refugees after locking them up behind bars.

My family was also arrested for the supposed “crime” of helping North Koreans escape and imprisoned for one year and three months.
In particular, the women had to endure the suffering and humiliation of using pieces of dirty blankets as sanitary pads. For this, the guards beat us mercilessly. After making all the female prisoners in a cell stand in a line, they kicked and beat all of us, one at a time.

Kim Jong-un and the North Korean regime, which clings to its hopeless and absurd policies, cannot be allowed to exist any longer. If the Chinese government continues to cooperate with the North Korean regime, it will only become the object of scorn to the entire world.
As stated in international law, our fellow North Korean brothers and sisters are refugees. I respectfully call upon the Chinese government to respect and abide by its obligations under international law.

I would like to thank God for granting me the freedom to speak my mind. I would like to ask all of you to not ignore our suffering.

North Korean defectors, including myself, will continue to speak out until the day Kim Jong-un is brought to justice in an international court for his atrocious crimes. I would like to ask the United States Congress and the entire world to listen to our voices and to help us in every way that you can.

It is time for us to accept North Korea as it is.

Some people are happy when they find something in common between North Korea and South Korea., but it is time for us to accept North Korea as it is.

These days there is severe tension between South Korea and North Korea since South Korean goverment requested withdrwal business from Kyesung Industrial complex because South Korean government thinks payment to North Korean employees are used to develop nuclear weapons in North Korea.

Even though the present tension is resolved in the future, the gap between South Korea and North Korea will remain because of this withdrawal.
The relationship and trust between South Korea and North Korea is severly damaged.

There must be very creative ideas to improve relationship between South Korea and North Korea.
South Korean people can sing North Korean song while North Korean young people can sing South Korean songs in order to get closer to the unification of Korea.

Peace talk should be arranged between South Korea and North Korea.

Both Unification and Peace are also a process.
We do not recognize peace when we are in peace.
Without peace we realize that peace is gone.

North Korea wants to negotiate directly with USA.
It is possible and meaningful to negotiate about the peace in Korean Peninsula without South Korea.

Peace is not the gift given by neighboring countries.
Peace talk should be arranged between South Korea and North Korea.

China can control North Korea by treating to block the pipe line for petroleum

China can control North Korea by treating to block the pipe line for petroleum from China to North Korea, but China would not block the pipe line.

The oil produced in China to send to North Korea needs heat because the oil from China is getting hard without heat.
There is a line to heat the oil inside the pipe upto 70 celcius degree to keep the oil liquid.

From 1976 until 1997 North Korea imported about 1 million to 2 million tons of Oil but since 1997 the amount of oil imported to North Korea decreased to 4 hundred thousand to 5 hundred thousand tons.

Why?

Firstly, North Korea does not need any more oil for industrial use.
Secondly, in 1994 USA provided oil to North Korea on condtion that North Korea did not develop neclear weapons any more, but North Korea broke the promise and no more oil has been provided since then.
Lastly, the price of oil increased.

Recently the price of oil has been decreased.
I wonder if North Korea would imports more oil from Chna because of low oil price?

USA pushs China to do something to let North Korea stop nuclear threat

USA think North Korea will not keep promise with USA, because North Korea did not keep promise with USA about Geneva agreement in 1994.

USA continues to push China to control North Korea
USA and South Korea has agreed to install THAAD to protect them from the threat of North Korean military attack.
USA think China has to do something if China wants USA to stop THAAD installment.

Korean Peninsula is becomeing a powder house.

North Korea and South Korea keep revenge and betryal in relationship between them.
North Korea always make trouble in the relationsip between South Korea and North Korea as well as USA and North Korea.

UAS blocks all the economic exchange between North Korea except China, because China keeps good relationship with North Korea.
Even though South Koran government withdrew Korean companied in Kyesung Industrial Complex to sanction North Korea, but the amount of income from Kyesung Industrail Comlex is only one three hundredth among GDP in North Korea.

South Korean government sent a message to China that South Korea will install THAAD to protect South Korea from North Korean missciles.
It can be a big threat to China and China will increase investment in the military power near Korean Peninsula.
Japan also increases military power.

Korean Peninsula becomes a dangerous powder house.
A big war is about to happen in Korean Peninsula.

Even though strong sanction, Kim Jung Eun continues neclear weapon practice

Kim Jung Eun continues nuclear weapon practice and wait UAS to sit for the negotation with North Korea.
South Korea wants to join USA in participation in sanction to North Korea.
USA and South Korea push North Korean regime to the cliff.

I wonder if Kim Jung Eun makes the right decision?

Even if USA tries to negotiate with North Korea, is it possible for Kim Jung Eun to get what he wants?

It costs a lot to South Korea because of enemy relationship between North Korea

Companies always think highly of profits.

It costs a lot to South Korea because of enemy relationship between North Korea.
We do not know the expense to participate in the military drill and THAAD installment.

South Korea will lose more than one trillion Korean Won if North Korea sell Kyesung Industrial Complex and Kumgangsan Resort Complex.

North Korean refugees in Europe tries to let more people know about human rights in North Korea

North Korean refugees in Europe held a picture exhibition to show people how serious the human rights in North Korea.

Many people are sent to prison because they stand againt the regime of Kim Jung Eun and Kim Jing Il.

The most tragic thing to the prisoners of North Korea is that they are foreced to work on Nuclear sector without any radioactivity-proof suit.
That is why many of them are died by exposing on strong radioactivity.

If North Korea does not stop shooting missciles, more severe sanctions will be placed

If North Korea does not stop developing Nuclear weaspons, then very severe economic sanctions will be placed on North Korea.

For example, each year North Korea exports manpower to foreign countries and about 4 billlion dollars of payment are transferred to North Korea.

United Nation will be able to disconnect the monetary transter and North Korea will suffer very severe economic damage.

South Korean government must hold as many cards as possible to negotiate with North Korea

South Korean government must hold as many cards as possible to negotiate with North Korea

An hoest political broker is necessary to communicate with Kim Jung Eun and give him a good advice.

Who is recommendable?

How about the present Prime Miniser of Canada?
He is about 40 years old.
Canada has played many important roles in the political negotiation for USA.

North Korea continues to shoot missiles.
This is a big threat to South Korea, Japan as well as USA.

Some US Government officers are afraid of the possibilty that Kim Jung Eun would use Nuclear weapon to USA.
Is it possible?
If Kim Jung Eun uses nuclear weapons to USA, then North Korea will disappear forever because of the revenge of powerful American military forces.

I do not think Kim Jung Eun is such a stupid guy.
Then why Kim Jung Eun wants nuclear weapons?
He wants to continue to rule North Korea.

South Korea must have many routes to communicate with North Korea.
