Health gap between North and South Korea must be decreased before the unification of Korea.

Health gap between North and South Korea must be decreased if Korea wants to be prepared for the unification of Korea.

I hear that doctors and nurses are not enough in North Korea.
Necessary medicine is not enough in North Korea.

How can we help health condition of North Korea?
