China is responsible for North Korea to stop development of nuclear weaspons

China must push North Korea to stop developing Nuclear weapons before North Korea sit on the negotiation table for peace in Korean peninsula.

The world thinks that China still has an influence on North Korea, but China insists that they has on influence on the development of North Korean nuclear weapons.
