Vice-minister of North Korean foreign affairs announced in the report to UNCEF that about 220,000 North Korean people died of hunger from 1995 to 1998 because of flood and drought during that period.
I feel sad to know that 220,000 people were dead because of starvation in the 20th century.
How miserable the lives of the dead who died of hunger are!
