Economic cost caused by Unification of Korea is not bigger than economic effect.
Some South Korean people are afraid of the cost for the unification of Korea.
Some people in South Korea are afraid of the disorder after the unification of Korea.

The unification of Korea might happen suddenly without any prior notice just like Germany experienced.

The same thing would happen to Korea?
