North Korea is like a boat with a hole at the bottom

North Korea is like a boat with a hole at the bottom so that sanctions must be strengthened to let the boat sink peacefully.
We must apply more pressure, more sanctions, more information flow into North Korea to stimulate fundamental changes inside North Korea rather than stopping nuclear weapons.

Non-profit organizations in South Korea are short of financial support even though they devote themselves to focus on information flows into North Korea.
