Secretary of State Tillerson proposing plans for a sudden North Korean regime collapse

It is interesting that Secretary of State Tillerson would be talking about a sudden regime collapse.

I would like nothing more than to see a sudden regime collapse and I am sure the poor unfortunates in the gulags this winter would agree.

There is also this guy who swears for sure an attack is planned for North Korea. he is basing this on the fact that the Chinese stated that should the North Korean regime attack first, they would not intervene.
This gives the shadow government a perfect inroad to execute a false flag event and blame it on North Korea.
